2014-11-23 100Congratulations! You have taken the first step in becoming a campus chapter of Urban Life Training & Reality Assessment Teen Choice, an organization committed to helping youth succeed through a lifestyle that honors sexual abstinence before marriage.

 This application process is designed to educate your group about the campus chapter program. 

Please do not begin this application until you have carefully read through the application and completed steps 1-5:

        Identify a core group of interested students.

        Learn what steps are necessary to form a student group on your campus.

        Choose a campus chapter adviser.

        Participate in STAR Guide training.

        Communicate with the Urban Life Training team at the national office.

 This application should be filled out by a student or group of students, except where adviser or community chapter input is necessary. Type your answers into the appropriate fields, print out a final copy of your application, and obtain the necessary signatures. Please note that original signatures must be included.

Blackburn Center STAR Interfaith TrainingThere are two types of Urban Life Training Chapters:

1) Local Chapters  Community Chapters are formed by organizations or individuals who are enthusiastic about carrying out Urban Life Training's mission:  We raise youth leaders to develop good character and to model and teach about the benefits of sexual abstinence, in preparation for marriage and successful family formation.

2) Campus Chapters:  Campus Chapters are formed by students at a college or university who are enthusiastic about carrying out Urban Life Training's mission.

Both types of Chapters benefit by receiving mutual support, having a host of available education materials, and most importantly, combining forces with like minded individuals throughout the nation and world who who want to help further this mission.

Urban Life Training Awards CeremonyUrban Life Training helps youth to succeed by raising youth leaders to develop good character and to model and teach about the benefits of sexual abstinence, in preparation for marriage and successful family formation.  As a chapter of Urban Life Training you will be carrying out the same mission at your location. As part of the annual Chapter Fee, Chapters receive Silver Member access to the Urban Life Training website.
Urban Life Training (ULT) Chapters carry out the mission and purpose of Urban Life Training. ULT Chapters enable organizations, schools, churches or other groups to provide education, peer counseling and accountability relationships for their youth and young adults. To apply to become a Chapter fill out the Chapter application and return it to Urban Life Training by email or mail. We will contact you to schedule an in person or telephone consultation to review the materials and process, as well as answer any questions.
