During the month of June, people of conscience and character were continually aghast at the public displays of debauchery. But going deeper than protesting drag queen shows and all sorts of displays of moral and sexual dysfunction, what is the way forward to solving the breakdown of society?
All of society’s ills are the result of the breakdown of the family. Specifically, this means that when married men and women aren’t raising children within the confines of the family, societal breakdown occurs. Even in high crime inner city neighborhoods, well over 90 percent of children who grow up in safe, stable two-parent homes do not become delinquents.
LaVar Young reports in his Blog:
"compared with "traditional families," parents of fragile families [families where the parents are not married] are more likely to have become parents in their teens, more likely to have had children with other partners, more likely to be poor, suffer from depression, struggle with substance abuse, and to have been incarcerated. They are also disproportionately African American and Hispanic.
Of the highest concern is what this means for the child, because as the number of fragile families increases, so do the number of children exposed to the unstable environments that they foster. Fragile families are shown to have harsher parenting practices and fewer literacy activities, and children of such families produce lower cognitive test scores and a have a higher incidence of aggressive behavior.
Furthermore, previous research demonstrates that children who live apart from one of their parents at some point in their childhood are twice as likely to drop out of high school, twice as likely to have a child before age 20, and one and a half times as likely to be out of school or work by their late teens or early 20s.
The consequences are devastating, not only for these children and their families, but for our communities and for our society as a whole. As a child's outcomes are compromised, the likelihood that they will continue that negative cycle into adulthood and with their own families is vastly increased. If unstable families are becoming more prevalent, the effect on future generations may be astronomic -- a harrowing potential, considering the already deepening divide between struggling urban communities and their wealthier counterparts."
Furthermore, LaVar says: "We need to reframe the issue. Rather than being about the individual, we can view most social policy as being about children and families, and the choice to make policy decisions that benefit this population."
In light of this tremendous need to focus on what is provably best for children, having stable two parent homes with both a biological mother and father, Urban Life Training is happy to promote a series of ongoing discussions between community leaders and Richard Urban on the topic of Strengthening Families and Communiites. These discussions follow up on and expand the Strengthening Families and Communities Forums.

Thirty Seven Percent of High School Girls are Gender Confused
According to the Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance System, 10 percent of high school boys and 37 percent of high school girls identified as being other than heterosexual, i.e. as gay or lesbian, bisexual or other/questioning. This shocking statistic shows that young people are being indoctrinated into believing that they are not simply male or female. One of the primary indoctrination grounds is in public schools. Teachers, counselors and administrators may all be involved in this process of indoctrination. This is a type of abuse in itself, causing young people and their parents and families to undergo stress, anxiety and even death, as the recent Epoch Times documentary Gender Transformation: The Untold Realities, emphasizes.
According to Breitbart.com, “More than 1,000 school districts across the United States have policies openly stating that district personnel can or should keep students’ transgender status hidden from their parents.” Urban Life Training, an organization that has been active in abstinence-centered sexual health education for two decades, has authored a resolution for Boards of Education to adopt that is based on student well-being, not political agendas. The resolution follows.
Resolution for Adoption of Character and Abstinence-Based Sexual Health Education
Whereas parents are the primary teachers of their children and whereas virtually all parents want their children to abstain from sexual activity while of school age; and being that the purpose of sexual health education is to help youth succeed in life, and whereas premature sexual activity is correlated with increased use of alcohol and drugs, poor academic performance, emotional stress, increased risk of suicide, infection with sexually transmitted diseases and unwanted pregnancy;
Be it hereby resolved by (fill in name of the Board of Education) that:
The primary purpose of all sexual education curricula in (fill in jurisdiction) will be to teach the benefits of abstaining from all types of sexual activity and physical sexual contact while of school age.
Marriage will be presented as an attainable goal and the appropriate and morally acceptable place for sexual activity when we become legal adults, and also as the most beneficial arrangement for the children that may be born to married parents.
Since the discussion of same-sex attraction and gender identity is not conducive to these goals and same-sex attraction cannot be confirmed without physical sexual contact, these topics will not be included in the sexual education curriculum.
Further, the prevention of child abuse, through affirming each child’s agency, is an important goal of sexual health education.
Therefore, young children will be taught that no one should touch them in the area covered by their bathing suit. Older children will be taught that no one should touch their sexual organs or other body parts in any way inappropriately.
###
By encouraging Boards of Education to adopt this resolution, we can help steer public and private education in the right direction. Teaching sexual abstinence in preparation for marriage is an antidote for transgender and homosexual indoctrination. These two types of education are like oil and water. When abstinence is emphasized, homosexual attraction and gender confusion are repelled.

Baylie Hoffman, a West Virginia high school senior writes:
The fact that I am starting my senior year of high school on a laptop is absolutely mind boggling. Let me explain a few reasons why. This just scratches the surface.
There are 75 active cases in my county of approximately 56,450 people. READ. THAT. AGAIN!!!! Okay, maybe that didn’t sink in. Let me put it into perspective.
75 is .13% of 56,450. So a TENTH of a percent of the population of my county, has Covid right now. Yet, the people in charge have decided that it’s unsafe to attend school, sporting events, and social activities? WHAT?!
I agree. Why are we not letting all West Virginia students get back to school?
